Thyme: It is used in meat soups, pork stuffing and sometimes in onion dishes.
Chives: This is known to be the best culinary herb. Mix it with melted butter or top it on potatoes, it will taste wonderful.
Rosemary: These are little springs which are crushed and used in chicken, pork, pastas and breads. You will feel the real taste when rubbed onto a leg of lamb before roasted.
All these herbs are very important and widely used in a number of tasty dishes. These add spices to your dish and enhance the taste with their essence. We should always keep a fresh hydroponic herb growing in our kitchen garden as it adds charming touch to our gallery. If you plant 5 to 6 of your favorite herbs and harvest straight from the plant, you will serve the best dishes you ever had cooked in your life. This method is not expensive and provides a healthy nutritive crop to you. The main point which you need to know before planting these herbs is that drainage system should be properly installed with airy surroundings so that they can grow at their best in suitable atmospheric conditions.
