Walking The Amusing Style

A dramatic transform in my life happened a week ago when my doctor told me with grave expression that I have to start walking. At your age , he said
It is a matter of life or death ! I attempted to clarify to him that I am healthy , well shaped , blonde with blue eyes , so he also recommended that I will see a psychologist . At my home my wife instead of comforting me , she remind me that I am 52 years old , and started up with other numbers I am trying to overlook : you are 20 kilos fat and all your excersice action is just walking from the TV in the living room to the kitchen or the toilet 20 times a day . In my nervousness I tried to remind her that most pedestrians are killed by drunken drivers or bitten by snakes, but she gave me that cool smile and said: tomorrow at 8 am you are starting.
Throughout the night I could not sleep. I woke up early , sat with the town chart and a compass to decide on the road : 2 miles up hill and down hill .
At 8 am I begun the torment. The reality is that downward it was simple. I smiled to passing peoples, was helping a tourist, and whistled cheerful tunes. ...
...
I even managed to call my mother who was in the middle of a card game, woke up my daughter , and interfered my son who was in the middle of lesson. I was really appreciative to my doctor and wife who are concerned with my health .
But this was all downhill . When the uphill started, I felt the worldwide warming:
I started sweating, felt dizzy , and I watched my whole my life passing quickly in front of my eyes ... Three hours later I arrived at home. at once I understood that my life will be useless if I will continue this way, and so I had to compensate myself with chocolate and a cigarette, and went straight to bed.
A day after , I woke up and told my wife that the nightmare is over ,and I will not continue walking . She gave me that stare up and down and said : what a pity to stop it now when it seems now that your pot belly is going down .... After a few days we made a compromise and as typical I gave in a lot....
Since than, each morning I am walking with our pedigree dog ( which her ancestors used to chase foxes ). We are walking in a speed of 200 feet per hour:
The dog is hunting foxes and I am thinking why I deserve all that penalty ....
