Linguine Pasta Recipe With Shrimps
Ingredients:
• ¾ cup grape tomatoes
• ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
• Kosher salt to taste
• Freshly ground pepper to taste
• 1/3 pound linguine
• ½ cup( heavy cream
• 1/3 pound large shrimp, shelled, deveined and halved
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
• ½ tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
1. To start making your pasta recipe, you must first preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large ovenproof pan, stir in the tomatoes with the olive oil and thyme and add the salt and pepper. Roast the tomatoes for about till the start to brown and their skins break apart.
3. In a separate pot cook the linguine until al dente in salted boiling water and drain. Make sure you don’t overcook if you want a perfect pasta recipe.
4. Add in the cream to the tomatoes and let it simmer. Cook over a moderate flame, mashing the tomatoes carefully.

Seafood Linguine Pasta Recipe With Clam Sauce
Ingredients:
• 4 teaspoons olive oil
• 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/3 cup dry white wine
• ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
• Dried spicy red-pepper flakes
• 1 ½ cups canned crushed tomatoes
• ½ cup bottled clam juice
• Salt to taste
• 1/3 pound chopped clams
• 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
• Ground black pepper to taste
• 1/3 pound linguine
Directions:
1. Now to start your perfect pasta recipe, put the oil in a large frying pan, and heat over a low flame.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for around a minute.
3. Stir the wine, thyme and red-pepper flakes allowing the mixture to simmer. Cook till the wine has reduced for around 5 minutes.
4. Add in the tomatoes, clam juice and salt. Raise the flame to medium and simmer.
5. Keep stirring until the sauce for your pasta recipe has thickened.
6. Add the clams and continue simmering till the clams are cooked.
7. Add in the parsley and black pepper and keep stirring for a pasta recipe of a perfect consistency.
8. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water till al dente.
9. Toss it with the sauce and your pasta recipe is ready to serve!
