It's always a great feeling to have a fruit which is sweet and tasty along with being healthy. Yoghurt 1 cup
Preparation:
1. Remove the skin and seed of Mango.
2. Blend the pulp of mango in a mixer to make it juice.
3. Add required amount of water.
4. Stir well after adding palm sugar.
Mangoes can be juiced but when the juice that comes out of the juicer tends to be very thick and contain pulp which can make it hard to drink it as a juice. However when blended a mango seems to be in its perfect form for which to take in its distinctive sweet flavors.
