Pasta Recipes That Will Make Your Mouth Water

Pasta Recipe With Vodka And Penne
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 4 cloves of garlic, minced
• 4 shallots, minced
• 2 cups of vodka
• 2 cups of chicken stock
• 2 cans of crushed tomatoes
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 32 ounces of penne
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 40 leaves of fresh basil, shredded
Directions:
1. Keep a big skillet over a medium flame and allow it to heat.
2. To start making the sauce for the pasta recipe put in the oil, butter, garlic and shallots and gently sauté for around 5-6 minutes.
3. Add in the vodka to the pan, and keep stirring while doing so. Let it reduce by half and then add in the chicken stock and tomatoes.
4. Bring the pasta recipe sauce to a boil and then reduce the flame to let it simmer.
5. Add the salt and pepper.
6. On the other flame, while the sauce is simmering, cook your pasta in salted boiling water until cooked to al dente.

8. Drain the cooked pasta and mix it while hot with the sauce and basil leaves.

A Chicken Pasta Recipe With White Sauce
Ingredients:
• 3 cups of cooked pasta
• 2 chicken breasts, sliced
• 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 cups mushroom, chopped
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
• 2 tablespoons plain flour
• 3 cups milk
• ¼ cup cream
• 5 tablespoons butter
• ¼ cup grated cheese
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons dried parsley
Directions:
1. To start the pasta recipe add garlic powder, salt and pepper to the chicken and keep aside for around 15 minutes.
2. Heat some of the butter in a separate pan and fry the chicken till brown on both sides. Remove and keep aside.
3. Dice the cooked chicken breast.
4. Add the remaining butter to the same pan and add in the chopped garlic and onion, frying till translucent.
5. Continue making the pasta recipe sauce by adding mushrooms and salt, sautéing for around 2 minutes.
6. Slowly sift in the flour and cook for around 5 minutes.
7. Stir in the milk, and bring the pasta recipe mixture to a boil. Add fresh cream, cooked chicken, salt and pepper according to taste.
8. Toss in the cooked pasta and add water if you think the sauce is too thick. Sprinkle cheese and parsley on top.
9. Your yummy pasta recipe is ready to serve!
