The plastic product dominates the world by its versatile usage in multiple streams. The plastics are used in the form of water bottles, carry bags, casing, insulation of materials, etc. These plastics are made by molting the raw plastic material and pressurizing in the mold. The heating element is well designed to maintain constant temperature of the liquid. The clamping used is electrically driven in horizontal direction and well adjusted with the dye to avoid gap during the molding process. The mold is made of stainless steel of hardness 38-45 Rockwell scale. The water circulates as coolant around the dye the take over the heat from the dye and cooling the mold. By this cooling effect, the molten plastic transforms to solid. When the clamp recoils in backward direction, the ejecting pins, ejects the plastic out as the product. The dye used for the machine in designed with high equipped lathe machines by experienced experts of the company, so that the flawless and smooth dyes are made possible. The mold used can be single cavity or multiple cavity. For manufacturing of more volume of product of same geometrical shape or the different geometric shapes at a time, the multiple cavity dye can be used. Thus the plastic products are manufactured by Plastic injection machinery.
