How To Make Pasta From Scratch, The Simple Way

Ingredients For Dough Of Pasta Recipe:
• 8 cups flour
• 8 eggs
• 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. To make your pasta recipe from scratch, put 7 ½ cups of flour in the middle of a clean surface in the shape of a mound. Make a hole in the middle and add eggs and the olive oil. Beat the mixture well, starting from the inside and mix well to make the best pasta recipe.
2. Knead the dough with both your hands and make sure it’s one huge mass by itself. Pick up the dough and scrape all the remaining bits from the work surface.
3. Lightly flour the surface some more and knead the dough for a little longer.

• 4 cans peeled whole tomatoes, crushed with juices
• Salt to taste
Directions:
1. To make the sauce for the pasta recipe, in a large pan heat olive oil over a medium flame.
2. Stir in the onion and garlic, cook until soft and slightly brown.
3. Add the thyme and carrot until the carrot is quite soft for the pasta recipe.
4. Add the tomatoes and juice, keep stirring and bring to a boil. Simmer till consistency is quite thick and add salt to taste.
5. You can freeze the sauce for up to six months to keep making the pasta recipe you love!
Ingredients For Final Pasta Recipe:
• 8 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 medium red onions, diced
• 2 stalk celery, chopped
• 2 pounds Portobello mushrooms, quartered
• 2 ounces dried porcini mushrooms, soaked 10 minutes in warm water
• 2 cups tomato sauce that you’ve made
• ½ cup parsley, finely chopped
Directions For Final Pasta Recipe:
1. Now to make the final pasta recipe, heat olive oil in a large pan.
2. Add the onion and celery and cook over a medium flame till it’s soft.
3. Add mushrooms and cook for around 10-12 minutes.
4. Add tomato sauce from the pasta recipe and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Meanwhile, boil pasta in water until soft, for a minute.
6. Drain and add it to the pan with the sauce. Cook until well-coated.
7. Add the parsley and your pasta recipe is ready to serve!
