How To Make Pasta Bolognese That’s The Tastiest!

Ingredients:

• ½ large onion, diced
• 1 large carrot, diced
• 1 ½ ribs celery, diced
• 2 cloves garlic
• Extra-virgin olive oil, for the pan
• Kosher salt
• 1 ½ pounds ground chicken
• 1 cups tomato paste
• 1 ½ cups hearty red wine
• Water
• 1 bay leaf
• ½ bunch thyme, tied in a bundle
• ½ pound spaghetti
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan
• Extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:

1. Puree onion, carrots, celery, and garlic till slightly coarse for the sauce of the pasta recipe.

2. Add oil and the pureed vegetables to a pan, season with salt and cook on a medium flame till the water has evaporated. Keep stirring till the vegetable are slightly brown for the pasta recipe.


3. Add the ground chicken to the recipe for pasta sauce and season with salt. Make sure you cook it well, till chicken is brown.

4. Add in the tomato paste and keep cooking for 5 minutes.

6. Add water to the pan until it’s about 1 inch above the meat. Throw in the bay leaves and bundled thyme, stir well.


7. Boil the mixture and then simmer, stirring often. As the water evaporates you slowly have to keep adding around 2 cups at a time.

8. Stir the pasta recipe and keep tasting. Add salt if need be.


9. Cook for 2-3 hours more.

10. Around half an hour before you finish cooking the sauce, cook the spaghetti noodles in salted water. Stop around a minute before it’s al dente. Keep aside ½ cup of the spaghetti cooking water.


11. Take aside ½ cup of the pasta recipe sauce and keep it aside while the spaghetti is cooking.

12. Drain the noodles and add it to the pot with the pasta recipe sauce. Keep stirring t mix well and add more of the sauce if required. Your pasta recipe should suit your taste.


13. Add the reserved pasta cooking water and cook over a medium flame till the water has slightly evaporated.

14. Turn off the flame and add the olive oil and parmesan for the tastiest pasta recipe! Stir well.


15. Make sure you serve your pasta recipe hot and sprinkle even more parmesan on top.
