How To Make A Great Pizza Recipe Right From Scratch
Authentic Italian pizza recipes are hard to find. Once you know how to make those, you’ll never be able to settle for any run up the mill, pizza recipes that you find. No matter what the audience is, no matter who you’re planning to serve, this recipe is bound to be a big hit. Once you know how to make pizza, you party is a sorted event.
Ingredients For Pizza Recipe Of Dough:
• 1 package of active dry yeast
• 1 cup of warm water
• 2 tablespoons of canola oil
• Salt according to your preference
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 3 ½ cups of all purpose flour
Ingredients For Pizza Recipe Of Sauce:
• 1 can of tomato sauce
• ½ cup of chopped onion
• ¾ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
• ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
• Salt according to your preference
• Pepper according to your preference
Ingredients For Pizza Recipe Toppings:
• ½ pound sausages, cooked and sliced
• 1 can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained
• 1 medium green pepper, sliced
• 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

2. Add the oil, salt, sugar and 2 cups flour for the dough of the pizza recipe. Beat fast to mix the dough thoroughly and keep adding more flour to form dough with a soft consistency.
3. Put in on a floured surface; and knead well until it has a smooth and elastic consistency. Place pizza recipe dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 10 minutes allowing it to rise.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the sauce ingredients for the pizza recipe; and keep aside for later.
5. Divide the dough in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion and transfer to greased pan especially for pizza recipes. Pierce the dough thoroughly with a fork to ensure that it cooks through.
6. Bake the pizza recipe for the dough in the oven at around 200ᵒ C.
7. Spread pizza recipe sauce over the cooked pizza bases, evenly.
8. Put the sausages, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese on top and bake until the cheese has nicely melted.
