This first dish is of Green Gram cutlets. They are also called moong daal cutlets. Directions for making moong dal cutlets are:
Take green gram , crushed potatoes, bread particles and mix these very well.
Knead now this mixture to make it homogeneous and keep this aside with regard to 5-10 minutes.

Just take a few amount of this mixture in your hand , roll it to give it any wish shape to make cutlets.
Warmth the oil inside a pan on medium low flame as well as slide the cutlets carefully.
Fry it till till they change golden brown on side.

Serve warm cutlets with coriander chutney.

2) The other recipe is actually of tasty spicy oats.
Instructions to make this are:

Consider water in a skillet and put it on medium flame.
Add green chili, red onion and tomato to this water.

Heat the water until onion gets prepared and then add salt, oats and pepper.
Mix everything well and keep stirring in between till till oats mixture gets little thick or oats gets soft.
Garnish it with cilantro leaves and fresh lemon juice and serve hot spicy masala oats.
