Should your estate manager know how to, for example, maintain the pool, care for the shrubs and flowers and know how to do minor repairs around the home, or do you simply want him to call in the right people for the job and supervise them?

It is important for the employer to decide what his needs are, what he wants, and what compromises he is willing to make for the right person or couple.
