You aren't alone. MLM compensation plans are some the most difficult things on the planet to understand, unless you have a degree in mathematics. But fortunately, most mlm binary programs are quite simple to understand once you sit right down and crunch the numbers.

The word binary means two. So think in terms of 2. When you sign up and start building your new business your first goal will be to go out and find 2 people who also wish to work towards securing time and financial freedom.

You sign them up and place them on what is called your front line. Your private line of funding and, because you are working a MLM binary program, you and everyone else in the business is only permitted to have a maximum of 2 people on their front line. Two. Just two.

But , sadly, we live in the real world and chances are Fred and Sally won't do to much of anything whatsoever .

So you need to go find 1 or 2 more folk and since you are only allowed to have a total of 2 folks on your front link, you'll have to place these new sign ups UNDER either Fred or Sally. Or maybe you'll place one under Fred and the other under Sally. Either way.

When you dropped your new sign ups into the downlines of Fred and Mary, they received upline spillover. To paraphrase, you have helped them build one side of their business primarily based on your attempts. And this is one of the great benefits of the MLM binary compensation plan - the idea that, if you have got an active upline, they would actually assist you in building half of your business.

The challenge is you will still need to sponsor and induct a good number of folk and place them on the opposite side of your business to "balance" the 2 legs because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance. How can you convince people you are the upline leader they are searching for to help them reach their dreams and goals? These are the most significant questions, really, because if any person has made cash thru a mlm binary program ( and many have ) then it isn't the comp plan that's in question. The question is, what will you do to build your business?
