Reading the newspaper every day is a good habit. It not only helps one to be updated all the time about the latest happenings around the world, it also helps one develop a good vocabulary. The second reason is also why children reading the newspaper is such a good idea. Most kids these days don’t read anything other than their school books. So to get them reading the newspaper every day is going to ensure that they read something other than their school syllabus and thus develop a wide ranging vocabulary. But how do you get children to read the newspaper? Well, here are some ideas.

a.Read the newspaper yourself. Kids pick up what they see and when they see a parent or an elder adult reading a newspaper every day and gaining enjoyment from it, they too will start doing the same.
