An electronic muscle stimulator is a type of device which has been designed in delivering low electrical impulse to a muscle. It has been designed in such a way that it stimulates organic electrical pulse that originate from the nervous system and then sends signal to the muscle to move. These types of devices are mostly used to help in recovery from and rehabilitation of muscular injuries and training to help athletes. Research and technological developments have discovered that the long use of electronic muscle stimulators can help in building and toning muscle tissue. Various frequencies and levels of stimulation can be used in reducing muscle fatigue and increasing the production of muscle tissue.
