Disconnecting the Unconnected
A few days ago, We briefly mentioned that I was able to eliminate 99% of my desire to smoke cigarettes because of a conversation which i was having in the right time, with the right person.

This was that individual, was the guy within this video, my brother May.

Will has developed exactly what appears to be a magical capability to help people tap into their subconscious mind and make instant change.

He or she asked the room in the event that there was anyone that experienced something they desired to get rid of. I said, “Yeah, I keep smoking these damn cigars, and I don’t even enjoy them that much.”

Well about 7 years ago I was on the Northern coast of Oahu immediately after I met my wife. We had climbed in to some old army bunkers on the side of one of the remote mountains. The surf were rolling within gently that evening, there was hardly a cloud in the sky, and the full moon was big, and rising beautifully over the ocean.

As I’m taking in the amazing surroundings, my buddy Carlo gets to the top bunker and offers us a cigarette. ...
... I had taken a puff here and there, however never liked all of them. I must have hit that certain just right, or maybe it was the power of ocean filling me with inspiration, but that was a damn good cigarette.

Fast forward to this final Empower Network occasion in Chicago…

Will gets me into a hypnotic trance, thinking I am going to get one of the “normal” reasons for going back to smoking all the time.

How I Quit Smoking at an Event
Nope, I somehow had made the actual subconscious connection to cigarette smoking and paired it with the inspiration as well as power of nature, upon that beautiful evening on Oahu after i was 27 years of age. Nature happens to be something in my life that's very important to me.

So when I got “brain chatter,” which I get a lot of being somewhat A.D.D. and required a little dose associated with “inspiration and clarity,” I'd head for the pipes.

As soon as I became aware that I had made a Truly stupid connection, it was quite easy to break. 99% from the desire was immediately gone, and Will do some other voodoo stuff that tends to make my lip have a nervous tic when I smell cigarettes and triggers me personally to laugh.

I’ll conserve that part of the tale for another day.

Connecting This to Your Company
This story offers everything to do with your company, and having transformation inside your business. You see a lot of times we want to do something in life on the conscious level, but the inner child learns something that isn’t correct…

…like me hooking up the inspiration and power nature to cigarette smoking. I didn’t even realize that I had done it.

People state stuff all the time like this about money for instance.

“I’m broke, but a minimum of I’m happy.”

Well, exactly how are those connected?

“Money is the root of all bad.”

How are those connected.

“Money doesn’t grow on trees and shrubs.”

Well, actually fascinatingly enough, it does. We could go over several more examples of limiting beliefs that people connect that aren’t connected. You can be happy, and rich, and be a good person. Someone could also be wealthy, miserable, and a bad person.

They are not connected. So if you are given the choice to manifest your own destiny, then why don't you choose to be rich, happy, and free? Those be more effective things to have linked.

Having people such as Will available to have help people have transformations, is just one of the many great things about the Empower Network. He said it best in their own words:
