These cases are normally taken to a third party who is neutral and is capable of giving a just and fair judgment. The adjudicating party looks at the evidence submitted by both sides, looks into their respective positions and examines the merits of their claims. The decision made by the adjudicating party is communicated to both sides. It is important to note that this judgment is made solely on the written evidence provided by both parties. At no point in the case are either of the two sides allowed to talk to the arbitrator. There are also no witnesses provided during the course of the proceedings.

What they read on the Internet, many people hold it to be true. That is why when somebody writes something wrong on any website, it should be challenged immediately.
