Sources Of Renewable Energy

You must have heard a lot that we must use the Renewable Energy Sources wisely because they are very important for us, but are we really aware about what the Renewable Energy Sources are and what is their role in our lives? I hope that many of us are aware about that, but still there are some who do not know what exactly they are. If you are one of them, then continue with the reading of this article.
The Renewable Energy Sources are as follows:
1. Hydroelectric energy
2. Geothermal energy
3. Solar energy
4. Wind energy
5. Nuclear energy, and many more
Let us discuss all the above mentioned ones in details:
Hydroelectric energy: As it is clear from the name that, it is one of the Renewable Energy Sources which use water for the generation of electricity. In the normal scenario, a dam is constructed and water is thrown at high speed to the turbines. This kinetic energy of water is used for the generation of energy and is known as the hydroelectric energy.
Geothermal energy: The Geothermal energy is produced by the process of getting the energy using heat generated ...
... from Earth. Understanding this concept theoretically is very easy and doing it practically is very difficult. On top of that, the core of Earth is molten, so it becomes more difficult to accumulate the sources of producing energy.
Solar energy: The energy which is produced by Sun is known as solar energy. Nowadays, there are many devices which make use of solar energy in their working. Some of the common ones are calculators, solar cookers etc.
Wind energy: Amongst all the Renewable Energy Sources, wind energy is the easiest one to produce. The development of large number of wind turbines is the proof of this fact. Though, there is large number of advantages of wind energy, but there are some drawbacks as well. The major drawback is that electricity produced by using the wind turbines is sporadic. In other words, it can be said that this energy will be produced only when the wind will blow, otherwise not.
Nuclear energy: There are some professionals who consider the Nuclear energy as a part of Renewable Energy Sources; however some do not, because usable energy is produced only when the object is destroyed completely. But, it is worth mentioning that we may never run out of the nuclear objects.
The Nuclear energy can be calculated as follows:
E = mc^2
Where E is energy produced, m is mass of object and c is the constant.
