When you come for a visit to Chicago you might be thinking that everything costs so much, but there's plenty to do in the city for little to no cost at all. Lincoln Park, both the park and the zoo are free to everyone all year round. Finally, if you're still not convince on why you should go on a weekend getaway to Chicago perhaps the shopping will change your mind. Michigan Ave. is known as the "Magnificent Mile" because of the endless stores for miles. Another street to check out is State street with blocks of shopping just waiting for you.
