Noida stands for ‘New Okhla Industrial Development Area’ and over the years it has transformed into a cultural hub experiencing rapid economic development and constantly attracting expatriates from all over the world. Today it is home to major industrial and corporate hubs and many large software and business process outsourcing companies. This phenomenon has helped NOIDA shed its image as New Delhi’s poor cousin and developed its own cultural, social and gastronomical identity.

Today there are numerous restaurants and pubs in Delhi that serve various international cuisines such as Italian, Chinese, French, Lebanese, Greek, Mexican etc. Today Delhi’s food is a healthy mix of fine dining restaurants hosted by five star hotels, stand alone eateries, take away joints, and mobile food trucks. The influx of malls in Delhi’s lifestyle also played a vital role in contributing to the eating-out culture. Almost every mall features a dedicated food court which usually serves various cuisines accompanied with a common sitting hall. Shoppers visiting these malls can also enjoy quality cuisines in some of the fine ...

At present, there are many Noida restaurants for example ranging from Italian, pure Indian vegetarian, Chinese and Punjabi. However, for visitors in the city finding the right place to eat can often be a daunting task given the enormous presence of food stalls, restaurants, cafés spread around the city. Adding to this reservation and hesitation is the infamous Delhi Belly, which is notorious for striking without warning. However whenever the question of where to eat in Noida arises there are a number of options to discover the true flavours of capital without compromising the taste or tummy.

When it comes to great cuisine, top restaurants in Noida need not be the most expensive or fancy ones attached to a luxury five star hotel. While there is no specific central point serving as the cultural hub of the city, its districts are brimming with the stand alone eateries specializing in various cuisines, particularly North and South India. Each of these districts has its own individual character, subculture and cuisine that distinguish it from others.

Even though there are plenty of great options for value of money eating-out, one can also experience a fine dining affair in one of the many premium five star hotels or restaurant chains across the city. Today, Noida is teeming with luxury hotels which house specialty restaurants such Chinese, Italian, Lebanese, Greek and much more. Guests can also enjoy lunch and dinner buffet which usually are continental in selection or visit one of the international food festivals organized by the hotel. It is also generally easier for diners to complement great cuisine with fine wines at most of these restaurants.
