Classified websites in Pakistan and elsewhere have provided people with a new platform to do trade. Be it an individual or a business person, everyone can post classified ads on such websites. While such classifieds are used by almost everyone in every area, real estate is one area where people have benefited the most. And, not just individuals who want to sell or purchase a property, even the real estate agents are preferring this platform to give a boost to their business.

Since, real estate is a sector where people need to contemplate before investing money; the ads should be created keeping in mind the things that a person would look for. Here are a few questions, for which answer should be provided in the real estate ad:

1. Does the property fall in budget? Budget is the top concern of a person while purchasing a property. So, it is important to provide the cost details of the property. It is good to mention if there are some additional costs. Keeping things clear from the beginning is a good practice, for it will bring responses only from genuine customers.

... Is the house worthy of its price? House falling in budget is just one thing. People would look at the worth of house. Obviously a house sold at reasonable and in accordance with the market price will have better chances of being sold easily. However, if you want to sell your house at a higher price, provide the users with compelling and satisfying reasons as to why should they invest more when they can get other properties at a lesser price. However, remember that this should be done creatively using a few words only. No one would love to read long descriptions in an ad.

3. Does the house fit into one's needs? It is important to provide every single detail of the property in the real estate ads. After all, the details provided will serve as deciding factors for the customers to consider the property or not. It is quite expected that the following details are what a customer desire:
Property's location: Does the property lie at a promising location? This means that will the property yield huge benefits if sold in the future? Plus, is there an availability of basic facilities in and around the property?
Area and number of rooms: Provide with the information as to how much area is spanned by the house. Also, include details about the number of rooms and verandas in the house.
