Listing A House For Sale

If you are looking to list a home for sale in Calgary, here are some of the steps you can expect if you list that property with Ken Rigel Group.
Step One: Initial Meeting
First, a realtor with Ken Rigel Group will come to your property and do a walk-through.  This should take about 20 minutes.  We will be looking at what makes your property unique compared to other Calgary Houses for Sale. 
Step Two: Presentation
We will go back to our offices at Royal Lepage Foothills and do some research.  We will put together a breakdown of the Calgary Real Estate Market, current Real Estate market conditions, and comparisons of your home with other houses (or condos, apartments, estate homes, townhouses, in-fills – whatever type of home you are listing).  Ken Rigel Group will also provide you with a suggested price to list your Calgary house for sale.  During the presentation, we will go through all this information and the entire process of listing your house for sale in the Calgary Real Estate market.
Step Three: Contracts & Prepare ...

After the presentation, we will go away and prepare contracts.  Once contracts are signed, we will make suggestions on renovations and other changes needed before we sell your home.  We will also let you know whether you need to stage your home before putting your house for sale.  We want to ensure your home is comparable to other Calgary houses for sale on the real estate market.
Step Four: List Your Home with Ken Rigel Group
The next step is to list your home for sale. Ken Rigel Group will list your home for sale on the Calgary MLS website (realtor.ca), as well as our own website (krgroup.ca).  Your property will also appear on Kjijji and other home listing websites that list Calgary Houses for Sale.  We also present your home to our fellow realtors at Royal Lepage Foothills.  Royal Lepage Foothills is:
