The varieties of tea have been on the radar of the health-conscious for long. Recently, there have been many forms of tea such as decaf green tea, herbal tea etc which have gained popularity owing to their huge benefits minus any side-effects. The health experts generally advise having the herbal and green tea along with the diet they prescribe. Thus these drinks are often referred as the yoga drinks besides the other drinks. The yoga drink aim at benefitting the body without any side-effects, something which the herbal and the decaf green tea perfectly satisfy. Some of the yoga drinks are specifically made for certain problems or diseases or just to boost the energy-levels of a body.

Another variant of the tea-family is the flavoured iced tea. These are the cold beverages with the same benefits as the herbal or green tea. They generally sell during the scorching summers. The flavoured ice tea is very popular among the youth. They are a lot better option than the sweetened sodas to quench your thirst in the summer. There are numerous flavours available such as lemon ice tea, peach, blackcurrant, raspberry, honey, mint etc. Several food joints and companies even have their own blends of flavoured ice tea.

Tea has become an immensely popular drink among the masses. With so many benefits and little harms, tea is certainly the way to be drunk for health.
