The change management project teams and change management leaders should ideally provide managers and supervisors with all the necessary information that they may need to communicate effectively.
Managers and supervisors play a key role in the group coaching and individual coaching sessions. They also have an important role to play when it comes to identifying and managing resistance to change. Studies showed that direct supervisors are the best sources to sustain and reinforce a change. Thus, organizations that are planning to implement change management programs need to improve the overall performance, reputation, branding and profitability must seriously take the roles played by their supervisors and managers.
