Increased productivity of employees: Generally, an apprentice will be a fresh graduate and so he/she will be highly enthusiastic as this is the first job. They will be a bit more productive and they will put their whole efforts as they wish to turn it to their permanent occupation. As they are inexperienced, they will be ready to put hard work and they wish to learn many new things from the training sessions and this sort of enthusiasm will be a great benefit to the increased productivity of the organization.
