Change Management is about successfully managing the change. This change can be taking place or expected to take place in people, systems, outlook of organization, corporate policy and so on.

The importance of Change Management cannot be over emphasized. The reason for this is that our world is becoming increasingly global and we are competing with a number of emerging economies.
