The changing lifestyle and desire to acquire more and more has led us to work for long hours. Balancing home and office, running from morning till night has brought about a great deal of stress and tension in life that is responsible for umpteen numbers of health related problems. 1. It’s important to identify the reason of your stress. Express your feelings, don’t bottle them up. Giving a vent would ease your mind, and make you feel light.

10. Pamper yourself, go to spa, and get oil massage done. It is refreshing, and rejuvenates you instantly.
11. Trust your capabilities, no matter what. Rough times are part and parcel of life, so never give up.
12. Adopting healthy lifestyle is another way of beating the stress. Eat right, and avoid indulging in smoking and excess drinking.
13. Wake up early in the morning, and go for a morning walk or exercise. It’s an effective way of making a healthy start to your day.
