The most renowned name in the world of snacks is the bagels. It is mainly said o be a Jewish food without any religious conception though. But it has become popular through out the world for its amazing taste. There are many kinds of bagels for different types of people, because the preference of taste and quantity varies from man to man. Though bagels are mainly originated in New York but the major quantity of bagels are supplied by the stores of Switzerland. For their better quality and different types of size the store has become the most popular among the suppliers of bagels around the world every where.


Bagels are of many kinds according to their size and recipe. There are original bagels, mini bagels, koscher bagels, bagels Zürich etc. Bagels are made with wheat, flour, water, salt or sugar, honey, egg and last but not the least - yeast. It has a spongy, fluffy interior and a crispy, crunchy exterior. So when it is chewed it will give an amazing soft and crispy feeling together. Mini bagels are one of the popular form of bagels which resembles the original bagels but differs from the process, rather it can be said that mini bagels are simpler than the original one in order to the utensils and apparatus they need to be made. In this context it should be mentioned too that in spite of being tasty and popular the bagels are not harmful for the health. Though it can not be considered as a staple diet but it would not create any digestive or bowl problem. It can easily be taken as breakfast. There is another kind of bagel that is bialy’s bagel which differs slightly from the original bagel as it does not have a hole in the middle and the process of making it does not include boiling but baking. There are also variations in the traditional type of bagels too. There are New York style of bagels and Montreal style of bagels.


The bagels geneve are also different from the other bagels from the procedure and apparatus for making it. They can be eaten fresh or just baked and as well as frozen too. Both taste delicious which is the main characteristic of bagels. Bagels are the snack of the Jews mainly but they are originated in New York and now the stores of Switzerland are the major dealers of the bagels. The bagels get their popularity not only in New York and the continent of America but also in Ukraine, Belarus, Austria, Romania and in the states of Eastern continent like Russia, Japan etc. All over the world there are great demand of bagels and all of these demands are mainly fulfilled by the stores of Switzerland. At last this yummy snacks give message to all the food lovers to grab it once and the rest will be done by it itself!
