The phrase property management usually refers to the company or service that oversees the maintenance and rental collection for property, including apartment complexes, vacant lots and rental homes. This often involves some movement in marketing, renting and sometimes the selling of rental homes or properties. With just a minimal amount of experience, any individual that is serious about becoming successful in this field can eventually build their own business and become a recognized firm for their state.
