Are you still considering the option of staring exercise often, though you know you have asthma? Don't worry, I have good news for you Don't listen to those people who continue to say that asthma patients can't do any normal activities. That's a big fat lie that you should ignore. Many people still believe such lies without verification and in certain cases this even worsens the asthmatic condition for such people.

Asthma does not stand in your way of fun or exercise. I cannot picture how life will be without exercises. Even though exercise is known to bring about asthmatic attack, it is none that less good for you.

But, and I mean but. Do not take part in too strenuous exercises or sport so you don't cause harm your self. Watch not to take part in exercise such as the very long distance races. Apart form asthmatic victims this type of exercise often pose a problem other people.

You must not go near other strenuous sports like basketball and the rest. Below are examples of exercises that people in your condition can conveniently take part in:

Swimming is one exercise that you will not regret ...
... practicing as an asthmatic victim because it does not put too much pressure on you. Karate is another example of sports that are not dangerous for asthmatic victims. Golf is highly recommended for asthma patients. I know you might think you are not caught out for these types of sports, but you will be surprised how much good they will do to you, especially do to your asthmatic condition.

All of the exercise and sports mentioned do not get you tired easily. You totally have no reason not to exercise. So long as you don't engage in strenuous types of exercises.

Lastly, ensure that you seek the guide of your doctor before getting involved in any asthma exercise. Your doctor is the best to advice you accordingly because he or she must know more about your health than any other person. So, it's always wise to seek the help and guide of your personal doctor, as regards exercise and asthma. I know someone who taught he knew it all as regards his health. Guess what? He ended up in serious medical problems. Don't be like him. No matter how much you think you know, your doctor knows better and should be in the best position to advise you on any health related issue.
