Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice Certification
The Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice) is a certificate which certifies the in depth knowledge and expertise required to manage and administer properly a voice network. A certified CCNA Voice professional has certain skills, which make him ideal for voice technologies, including voice engineering, voice technology administrating, voice managing; the certification also validates skills and knowledge on specific voice technologies, such as IP telephony, PBX, call control, handset and voicemail.

• Design the proper IP environment and plan in order to support the identified needs of the organization
• Implement technologies that will include call signaling, call transport and bandwidth requirements.
