Menorca is one of the greatest islands found in the Balearics. It is also an attraction that has its share of tourists every year especially those looking for a quiet holiday. Due to the small size of the island, it is possible for one to actually drive from a corner to the next. The island is a flat area, thus there are not many sceneries to take in. However, the beach areas make up for this deficiency. In most beaches, the waters are calm and the shores pebbly or sandy. You may never witness any waves. The nightlife is not that vibrant either and families with little children come here since it is a very quiet place.
