There is huge shortage of trained medical and nursing faculty, especially in the developed countries. ... be a nationwide shortage of up to one million nurses. Few of the many reasons of such shortage in nursing faculty jobs are that new opportunities keep coming up for the nursing practice, which further drains the number of nurses available as faculty in institutes. Other important factors which aggravate the shortage of nursing faulty are the aging workforce, problems in recruiting young staff and difficulty in retaining the faculty.
In order to overcome the shortage of nurses, lots of nursing schools are opening across the world. A Nursing school is a type of educational institution which provides education and training to become a fully-qualified nurse. Though the nature of nursing education and nursing qualifications varies considerably across the world but the nursing faculty jobs have same kind of requirements.
