There are some things that you need to keep in mind when using epoxy resins. Whenever you use them, you must never forget to wear a mask, safety goggles and rubber gloves. This is to make sure that your skin, face and hands are protected against the harm that it can cause when it gets in contact with them. Allergic reactions and irritation are just some of the things that you might suffer if you get too exposed to them. Try not to smell them and select a work area that’s properly ventilated when using them. Once you’re done using them, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly.

Epoxy resins have diverse qualities which include, excellent moisture resistance, superior chemical resistance, low shrink during curing, good electrical properties, can withstand exhaustion and increased mechanical strength, impact resistance and long shelf life. Be sure to keep the epoxy resin in properly closed and labeled containers in a well lit area. Keep them away from strong chemicals and do not transfer them to unmarked containers. Dispose of epoxy resin and empty containers securely.
