The MR-2 has got all necessary equipment but the air-con is optional. The other optional equipment available includes chromed roll bar, hard-top, a steering-wheel paddle sequential gear change system.The MR-2 engine sound is cool. The hard top is best during winters as it keeps the car warmer inside.Absolutely,the car is cheap, fantastic to drive, well-reliable and smart, hard-working little roadster. The toyota’s reselling and used market is always good provided the car is maintained and serviced well.

For the Midship Runabout Two (MR-2), it was all back to the start. There is no question about it being fun to drive thanks to light weight body, very frugal engine range and a low porty driving position. It can rightly be described as a little sports car. However, in terms of practicality, the MR-2 does not score well. The boot space is much limited and if the hood is down you get annoyed by wind noise. Therefore, it is best kept down unless it is raining cats and dogs. Overall it is a good toy to have fun with if you don’t have a family or have another family car parked in your drive way.
