With more and more people working in offices nowadays, it is becoming more and more difficult to find ways around repetitive stress injuries. These simple substitutions will help to relieve a LOT of tension from your body as you work at your desk for eight or more hours per day… both in the long AND the short term. In fact, you will probably start to notice a decrease in back and neck fatigue right away.
