Spice Up Your Walls By Choosing Between Hundreds Of Vinyl Wall Art Designs To Display

This would obviously be a lot of unnecessary hassle, and the good news is that it can all be avoided. We’ve all played around with transfer tattoos and stickers, and the same concept can be applied to the walls of our home with vinyl transfers, which are widely available at affordable prices from retailers online. They give your home a bit of a quirky look, especially if you can find interesting spots of wall to house them.
Vinyl wall art is a bit more durable than the transfer tattoos mentioned above, which can be washed from the skin with a bit of soap and water, assuming it doesn’t start flaking and peeling off naturally. The material used is similar to the way that the stickers on shop fronts and traders’ vans are produced, and if those signs can withstand all manner of weather conditions and still look as new as they did the day they were produced, there shouldn’t be any doubt about the durability of your piece of art. However, if you’re still concerned about the effect of steam and humidity on it (if you were to put it in your bathroom, ...
... for instance), there’s no need to be – just leave it for a few hours before you run a bath or get in the shower.
It’s a fairly straightforward process to create the different pieces. The retailer generally comes up with the design using special graphics software before sending it to a plotter, who cuts the picture to the specified size. It’s then fitted with application tape and rolled up to send to the customer in a cardboard tube to protect it during transit. When the customer receives it, they simply have to take off the backing paper, position it where they want it on the wall and then peel off the application tape so it sticks. Literally any design can be created, although retailers will usually have standard ranges available for sale – in this case, you may be able to order a bespoke design, but be prepared to pay a little more than standard price.
Popular designs include pictures of movie stars and musicians like Tom Cruise and Michael Jackson, bathroom or kitchen-themed pictures and much more depending on your taste. However, some customers like to have quotes plastered on the wall where they can see them and either laugh or be inspired by them every day. Whether you want a couple of lines from your favourite song, something by Wilde or Coward or a quote from Nelson Mandela or John Lennon displayed in your house, wall sticker quotes are for you.
For a quirky addition to your interior decorating scheme, think about investing in vinyl art. It costs little, can be easily removed if you don’t like it and provides a talking point whenever people come round – what more could you want?
