The GBoxApp is a new and upcoming application that has unfortunately been receiving a lot of bad reputation. But I tell you, don’t believe what you say: the GBoxApp is not a virus.
I’ve been using the GBoxapp for a couple of months now. Sorry to disappoint you though, but the GBoxApp has not brought me any viruses. It is completely safe and secure to use. I do daily virus scanning in my system to, of course, be sure that my system is completely protected. I use different antivirus softwares just to be sure, but they never point to the GBoxApp as a virus source. My computer is completely virus-free.
In fact, the GBoxApp is scanned daily with the McAfee antivirus software. The company has ensured that the application is totally safe and secure. Well, it really is, so just be assured in that please.
Other companies like the AVG, SweetIM, and Babylon are also victims of having bad reputation in the internet. Most people say that they bring viruses when they really don’t. So I guess, it is only pretty common these days that good companies receive bad reputation. This is really sad.

... tell my friends to just limit their information gathering to at most three sources. Having more sources just confuses you. And ask around especially with people you trust and who have tried the application you want to install firsthand. As a closing statement, take my word that the GBoxApp is very safe to install and use. It is a good application and I really recommend you use it.
