People in the leadership positions in an organization are very important to the organizational success. Once verification is completed, the company would be in the know of three things.
•Whether facts stated and claimed by the candidate are true to nature.
•Whether any detail of relevance was hidden during interview process.
•Whether his character and background is in sync with what the company expects.
