With changing times, people have realized the need to sustain our planet for future generations. Those who are fond of doing handicrafts know this and always try to make the best of those waste things and recycled things that no one wants. There are many ways to use those remaining lit bit of yarn, fabrics or fibers that you think are good for nothing. We often visit a yarn store and come out with a bundle of yarn to make those lovely sweaters for our kids and family members. But, what to do with that lit bit of yarn that still remains after the sweater is done?

While you complete every project, there is a new lot of left out yarn and this stack goes on increasing with every new project you accomplish. Now we all know that everything that is produced and sold at the shops had to undergo certain process that certainly harms our environment and the earth in some way. Hence, it is of utmost importance that you simply do not throw away those remaining yarns into the dustbin without giving a second thought. Not just the yarns, but those knitting needles that you so lovingly bought from the needlepoint stores need to be put ...
... to use in the best manner.

Those who love to crochet or knit cannot do without those colorful yarns and find it very irresistible when they see some new colors and varieties of yarn in the yarn store. But, if you simply throw away the yarn that remains after each work that you do, it is as good as throwing away your money out of the window. So, why not try to find out something to do with them and put them to something creative and interesting?

The first step you need to take towards this is sorting your yarn by their colors. This way you can try to utilize these colors appropriately in your new project. You can come out with new designs in that new scarf that your knit. Granite stitch would be the perfect one if you have yarns of different varieties and weights.

Let your creativity flow and see what all things your creative mind can construct!
