Raspberry And Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
• ½ cup butter
• 2 diced onions
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 4 cans of chicken broth
• 2 cans of tomato paste
• 8 cans of whole tomatoes
• 2 packets of frozen raspberries
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste

Directions For The Cooking Recipe:

1. Slowly melt the butter in a pot over a medium flame.

2. Add onions and cook till it’s soft and transparent


3. Mix in the flour, broth and tomato paste and cook well for about 3 minutes.

4. Put the whole tomatoes and blend in the pot till it’s puree.


5. Add the raspberries, lower heat and let it simmer for around half an hour.

6. Your raspberry and tomato soup recipe is ready to eat!


Chocolate Black Bean Brownies With Delicious Sweet Potato Frosting Recipe

Ingredients For The Brownie Recipe:
• 3 cups of freshly cooked black beans
• 4 tablespoons almond butter
• 4 cups of pitted dates (soaked and drained in an hour)
• 2 cups of cocoa powder

• ½ teaspoon of salt
• chopped nuts

Ingredients For The Frosting Recipe:

• Around 1 ½ cup of baked sweet potato
• 1 cup of pitted dates (soaked and drained in an hour)
• ½ cup of cocoa powder
• 8 tablespoons almond butter
• 1 cup of coconut milk
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Directions For The Cooking Recipe:

For the Brownies:

1. To make the brownie recipe you should preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grind all the ingredients together till it’s smooth and thick batter.


3. Add chopped nuts and grind at a very slow speed 3 or 4 times just so it’s all over the batter. Spoon the batter evenly into an oiled baking pan.

4. Bake it in the oven for around 25 minutes let it cool completely.


5. Your brownies recipe is ready to go!


For the Frosting:

1. To make the frosting recipe you should grind the milk, dates, almond butter and vanilla extract, till you get a smooth consistent mixture.

2. Mix in the sweet potato and cocoa powder and grind till it’s smooth and fluffy.


3. Take a fork and spread the frosting on to the cooled brownies.

4. Add the chopped nuts on top for a yummy food recipe that even looks good!
