“Educate a man and you educate an individual, educate a woman and you educate a whole nation”.

These lines were stressed by a famous person named Aggrey. It is a fact that if you educate a man he will not impart that education to anyone else, he will keep it to himself and develop himself. Whereas if you educate a woman, she will impart all those teachings and more to her children, who will further educate someone else. And the cycle will go on till eternity. A woman in a small but, very significant way is contributing in the development of the society.

But, there are some states or countries who do not lay much importance to girl’s education and stress on their staying at home and looking after the household activities. There have been incidents where women have struggled hard to get a decent level of education for them. They have been admonished, called names, beaten, and a lot of other things.

Things are slowly changing towards a positive direction, the change is slow but it is happening. Even people from downtrodden society are feeling the need to educate their girl child and provide them a decent ...
... level of education. With the strong initiatives of government and social reformers, there are now many Muslim girls school and Muslim secondary school and several other schools that are giving complete education to girls at nominal rates.

These schools stress on girls education to reduce the level of poverty. Girls who have been given proper education marry later in life and also give birth to less number of children. Education gives the girls the confidence to face the world and take care of themselves.

With education in schools in Muslim girl’s school, Muslim secondary school and a lot of other schools, girls have become aware of their rights and they can assert their rights.

There is a strong need for parents to change their outlook towards their girl child and give them a better future. They will be playing a huge role in developing the society and give them basic education which is their right. Girls have huge level of untapped potential which if tickled can create huge waves in the society.

There are schools who have been involved in the process of providing education to girls and who are doing a very good job. Give your daughter the future she deserves and not the future she detests!
