In the current era people always want to make their lives comfortable and faster but that luxury should never be at the cost of environmental hazards or by creating some serious harm to the society or its people. The leisure of enjoying the happiness of life is directly related with the capacity of a person to spend on various items. Industries often create problem in the smooth and peaceful living pattern of the people of a particular locality. Sometimes they acquire land and make the families landless poor or destroy the jungle of the zone due to set up mining division at that place. The respective authority such as government or other public bodies should always keep a strict vigil so that growth can never be dangerous for some community. Proper measures such as corporate social responsibility should be strictly adhered to. There should always be the policy for charging penalty on the concern that violates the rule. It is the duty of everybody to save the nature from pollution and from the adverse effects created by commercial activities by corporate houses.

In the current times men have invented different types of processes by help of which companies can earn profit and at the same time can save the industrial location from any dangerous scenario. Scientific invention always tries to aim towards progress by creating balance between profit and humanity. Profit earning is one of the main motives of doing any business activity but is not the sole aim of involving in any trading or manufacturing work. Now-a-day the very common commerce is construction works. In a city a lot of buildings or bridges are built up in order to provide support to common men so that a lot of time can be saved. A number of instruments are used at structural site such as screed mixer, dredging pumps etc. The benefit is undeniable using such equipments. They help in engineering works where human labour is very tough and unreachable.


Science is behind all of things. Every natural phenomenon follows some scientific rules. When human creates some adverse situation it is hampered. Destruction of ecology is like that. They only know how to arrive in profit margin. So CSR matters a lot. Towards society the development should be made for well being. The forcible land grab for making profit is not at all a way of progress. Equality should be maintained for all community.
