Does your company need better plant management?
If you are in the construction industry, either as an owner of plants and machinery or as a supplier of hire plant machinery, or as someone that hires plant equipment, then you will be aware of the multitude of paperwork that is required. Keeping track of bookings, where your plants are, how long they have been gone for or how long you have had them, keeping a note of when equipment is due back, checking invoicing and payments and ensuring that machinery is serviced and maintained - it is a never ending round of office work that can detract from your real work.
Could your company use plant management software?
Using the right Plant Management software can manage all of these things and more at the push of a button, cutting down your time tracking figures down in books or meticulously keeping records in towers of filing cabinets. There is now a product available that can show how much you are spending on hire costs, by site or by supplier. It can also show you where all of your equipment is located, allowing you ...
... to keep track of it easily. The software contains a warning system to tell you when your equipment is due back. It also compares costs to ensure that you are getting the best deals and generates and tracks invoices for you. It can even notify you when services are due on your own machinery.
