Remember you cannot submit anything contrary to the descriptions and declarations you made in your EOI as an EOI is regarded as an integral part of application process and if you submit anything contrary to your claim the invite will stands cancelled under the provisions of revised General Skilled Migration Program.
The next important reason why you actually must complete these steps before creation of your EOI is that you are given only 2 months in gross to comply with the instructions and if you do not adhere to the stipulate deadline the invite will be cancelled thereof by system by default.
