Do you know that 3 cups of coffee a day can make a big difference to your health? Who would expect that this caffeinated drink is a healthy drink in opposition to what others say? As per multiple researches the nutritional benefits of coffee are infinite. You just have to know its proper consumption.

Some of the health benefits of coffee are not new to us. This includes the low risk on different cancers; such as but not limited to; oral, breast, esophageal, and liver cancer. It also lowers the risk on gall stone disease, heart diseases, heart attack, and Type II diabetes. Drinking coffee is really not a cure to these diseases but rather prevention for more complications. However if you drink one cup a day only, there are no significant nutritional benefits of coffee that may occur. And also if you drink more coffee, this may just be the opposite of having a healthy body. Thus, it is a must that we regulate our healthy coffee drinking to the needed amount of our health.

Aside from prevention of cancer and other diseases, ...
... one of the health benefits of coffee is lowering the risk of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. Studies show that on a regular basis, coffee drinking may lower your risk of these growing diseases. Just imagine, having these diseases, wouldn't it be better if you could have prevented them?

What else can coffee do to our health? One of the nutritional benefits of coffee is that coffee is full of nutrients and antioxidants. These include Vitamins B1, B2, B3, and B5, Potassium, and Manganese. And has a huge amount of antioxidants compared to fruits and vegetables. What do antioxidants do? The antioxidants fight the effects of free radicals. Free radicals are produced through food breakdown of the body and exposure to smoke, tobacco and radiation. These free radicals can damage your cells, and lead to more complicated diseases like heart diseases and cancer.

Another health benefit of coffee would be the increase in cognitive performance. A few studies show that those who drink coffee regularly have performed better in few of the cognitive tests, showing that it increased their reasoning and verbal skills. One of the nutritional benefits of coffee, which may seem impossible, is its prevention of dental cavities. Apparently coffee has tannin's which cut the potential of carcinogenic on foods, which causes plaque formation. Why not brush your teeth with coffee then? Well soon you might find that new tooth paste on shelf.

Be reminded though that these researches have not directly pinpointed coffee as the main reason for why theresults are showing;but have thus concluded such, in comparison to those who are non-coffee drinkers had higher risks. To make sure that you'll get the nutritional benefits of coffee, it's better if it's just black, meaning no add-ons, no cream nor sugar.

So how would you like to enjoy your coffee? Healthy you say?
