Diets and nutritions are quite important for pregnant women. It is better to know the nutrition content of each meal, as some nutrition substances are necessary. The key principle is to eat all kinds of food, and eat small meals everyday. Do not eat all needed nutritional food all in the feasts. Only in this way, it helps you fully digest the foods and offers more persistent energy, so that your body will be able to adapt the pregnancy requirement.

No.2 Diet arrangement during pregnancy

Pregnant women should be acknowledged of the physiological changes and fetus's nutrition needs of different stages during the pregnancy, then match the diet reasonably and avoid dietary bias.
First trimester of pregnancy - Due to the morning sickness in the first trimester of pregnancy, pregnant women cannot eat a lot, it is better to eat small meals and eat whenever feel eating at this stage, especially eat foods with rich protein and vitamins, such as milk and fruits. Therefore, to ensure the baby & mom's needs, pregnant women should fully absorb nutrition , but do not take too much carbohydrate foods, and must ensure rich intake for calcium, phosphorus, iron, protein, and vitamins.
Late trimester of pregnancy - In this trimester, the fetus grows rapidly, and the pregnant woman has an enormous appetite. Besides increasing a certain amount of protein, carbohydrate and essential fats, all kinds of vitamins and mineral substances need to be added too, especially foods with rich iron, such as liver, egg, and vegetables,etc., for iron is an important hematopoietic raw material for the fetus. Eat small meals, and avoid stomach oppression symptom.Try to eat light flavor, less salt and soy sauce. When feeling really hard to swallow, use jam and vinegar for flavoring.

No.3 Pregnancy diet note
1. Through the whole pregnancy, the mom's weight will increase 9 to 15 KG, so the pregnant woman's food-intake will increase 10 ~ 20% than usual. For morning sickness in the first trimester , eat small meals ,better be light flavor. Wild jujube and orange,etc sour fruits are the right options ,however pickles are not recommended.
2. During the 3 months of the second trimester, the fetus will increase 10 g everyday, and the pregnant woman's food intake shall be increased accordingly. Since the uterus swell will oppress the intestine which can easily cause constipation, the pregnant woman should be better eating more vegetables and drinking more water.
3. In the last three months of the pregnancy, the fetus will double its weight ,and its brain cells will increase sharply, so this is the key stage for the mom's nutrition, should pay attention to prepare sufficient ,reasonable and balanced diet.
4. During the second and last trimesters of pregnancy, averagely additional 9g's high grade protein need to be added everyday, which equals to 300g's milk, two eggs or 50g's lean meat, and eat 15 g more if it is vegetable protein.
5. During pregnancy the blood volume will sharply increase 30%, and will requires 700mg's iron to make red blood cell, that is three or four times demand than usual, so it is better to eat lean meat, poultry, and fish , etc., animal food. Eat twice or three times pork liver every week, and take iron supplements when necessary, while tea is not recommended.
6. In case the pregnant woman does not eat enough dairy products, she'd better taking calcium and basking more.
7. Supply sufficient vitamins, eat 500 g to 700 g vegetables everyday , and better eat fruits after lunch and supper.
8. Control salt intake, do not make dishes too salty, especially for those who have edema of lower limbs.
