More over most of the female wrestlers used to strengthen their body fitness for the forthcoming matches. Mostly, female wrestlers are keen in maintaining their body with good shape during the matches as well as between the matches. In order to maintain their body conditions they use to do regular exercises which protect and maintain the body fitness.

Upper body strengthening exercise are much easy, you need stand with slightly bending the knees. After that take dumbbell in the hands and lift up to shoulder and make sure that you should look forward and lift up to 3 to 5 repetitions. Make sure the exercise should be done without bending the shoulder.

Fitness comes only when you have proper exercises with regular healthy food. In that oranges and bananas are major one rich in vitamin C and blue berries are also helps with vitamin A. Egg are rich in protein with major vitamin A, D and E. Those foods are helps in improving and to maintaining your body fitness
