Gulab Jamun is the most adored sweet of Indian subcontinent, liked throughout the year and offered for any good reason. These Gulab Jamuns are precisely blended from accurate proportions of milk and flour and twisted into a ball along with some flour and fried deeply in pure desi ghee. These deep fried balls are then immersed in sugar syrup, which is flavored with cardamom, saffron and rose water.
