Of course, you can always buy such costumes from the stores, but nothing would give you the thrill that you get from making cheap costumes recycling your old stuff. Cardboard Box: We all have cardboard boxes lying at the corner of our homes. While we always think that they might come handy in the near future, they mostly end up rotting in our attic consuming a lot of space. cheap costumes can always be made from recycling these with the use of some creativity. Tie the rim loosely around the kids’ neck. One of the most likeable costumes that could be created from garbage bags are the bumblebees. Fish bowls or Hershey’s kisses are other popular ideas. If you want to creep out others, you could consider creating a spider with legs made out of thrown out pipes.
Balloons: A bag of balloons come really cheap, yet, they can be used to create some of the best Halloween costumes. The grape bunch is very easily recreated with balloons. Buy a bag of purple or green balloons or both. Blow them up and use a sticky tape to attach them to the costume. Multicolored balloons can be used to create jelly bean clothing.
These are some cheap ideas that could used to create halloween costumes. You could also recycle old pajamas, oversized shirts, thrown off stuff mix and match them and create something absolutely new.
