Dining Plus identifies itself as a very handy tool when it comes to making payments regularly and frequently. For a discount card, Dining Plus gets the best of two worlds. On one hand the card holder gains access to the most prominent of the places in the city and on the other huge discounts are availed on every purchase. A few of the instances have however raised serious concerns over the realization of benefits with the card.
